rising trot

Hello everyone! So recently I've had some issues with my posting trot. My trainer says I'm posting too fast and need to slow my posts down, but I can't seem to get them to go much slower. Do you guys have any tips about getting you posts slower? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
