I have problems with the arches in my feet which makes it very painful to wear my normal riding boots. I can't use inserts as the boots are too tight. Is there any type of riding boots which have arch support?

Probably not to the level you'd want. Some of the better Ariats are ok - if you want short boots the Pro range would be worth a try - but otherwise I can only suggest taking out the insoles the boots come with and replacing them with arch support ones and if needs be wearing very thin socks or pop socks until they've stretched a bit.

Ariat zip up short boots might be OK if you take out the existing liner and insert your own supports. I wore arch supports as a child and have never had a problem riding, either with my very cheap kids jod boots when I started or the short Ariats which I bought a year later and have worn every since, more than 20 years now. However my riding boots are worn only for riding. I never walk in them.

There are several brands that make comfortable pajamas and tops. the-sleeper.com/en/attr-type/lounge-dresses-en/ is one company that makes oversized tops that can be worn with sweats or jeans. Sleeper tops are also a great choice for maternity wear. However, you should remember to buy a size up, because they have a baggy fit. This brand's PJs are popular among consumers because of their ability to wick moisture and dry quickly.
